Your best bet if you have a problem and need technical support is to check out this FAQ section. If you can't find the topic you're looking for by browsing our FAQ articles, try doing a search using the search box on our FAQ homepage. If you still can't find what you're looking for then you can contact us via our contact form. We try to reply to all messages if we can, but we are a small organisation and we try to keep our overheads down so that we have more money to donate to charity. That means that we don't have dedicated support staff (hence this FAQ) and that means that you may not get a reply right away.
